Dream Grass

I love grass.  I was incredibly fortunate to be born and raised on the lower eastern shore of Maryland.  I loved everything about grass – the smell, sitting on the grass, cutting the grass, eating the grass a la Les Miles (not really).  My parents had a 3 1/2 acre property on the Assawoman Bay in Ocean City, Maryland and I learned at about age 10 how the operate the John Deere riding lawnmower.  I don’ specifically remember my dad doing all that much to grow the grass, I just remember it was awesome for neighborhood football games (including a big halogen light to play after dark).
